Stage 1: In the Beginning of His Faith
What an Amazing Grace to Such a Person As Was About to Go Away like the Early Dew!
"God is Really Alive!'
In the March of 1968, Jaerock Lee, who had no knowledge of God, invited his friends to celebrate his marriage and housewarming party, and drank too much with them. On that night he began to feel stomach cramps, and it worsened day by day. It was not long before various complications followed, and he made all his efforts to receive healing for 7 years. His mother prepared whatever was said to be good for his healing, and even let him drink excremental water according to an herbalist's advice. But nothing worked for him, and there seemed to be no hope for his recovery. Thus, his life's flame was being extinguished in the valley of death.
On April 17th, 1974, his second eldest sister visited and asked him to guide her to the Hyun Shinae Church. He couldn't refuse her earnest, continual request and narrowly came out of his house leaning on a stick to help her attend a divine healing meeting that was being held in the church. When they arrived, a multitude of people were praying loudly and surprised to see that scene and feeling sorry to watch them praying, he knelt down on the ground.
 At that very moment, his body became so hot and he began sweating. And something strange happened to his ears with which he had been able to hear only loud sound. He could clearly hear the message delivered from the pulpit. On the way back home, he found himself walking without a stick. Next morning he found a great miracle had occurred to his body?no more symptoms of his diseases, and hit upon an idea that God had healed him of all his diseases. Falling to his knees he cried, "Oh! God is really alive!"
However, before he accomplished his ambition, he had to live a miserable life without the assurance of tomorrow's survival because of sudden diseases. One day he held a housewarming party some while after his marriage and getting a job, and he drank too much. That night he felt very uneasy with his stomach and his long disease began. He made all kinds of efforts to be healed, but rather a complication appeared and had to suffer from more than 10 kinds of diseases. In particular, he had to receive the help of others whenever he went to the bathroom because he could not almost move his body due to serious rheumatism. 
He and his wife found that his diseases were difficult to be healed with modern medical science, so they began to depend on Korean traditional folk remedies.
Later they invited a shaman to exorcise demons. But all their efforts were useless and his condition went worse day by day. 7 years passed since he fell ill.

After meeting the Living God, Deacon Jaerock Lee was filled with the Holy Spirit and the grace of God who saved him from the path to death and to eternal life, and concentrated on reading the Bible, praying to God, and evangelizing as many neighbors and friends as he was able. He loved God first of all and obeyed whatever He says in the Bible. Through fervent prayers and fasting, he not only threw away his sins underlying the verses that enlightened him on the sins but also struggled against and cast off his sinful natures and desires unrevealed in mind. At last, he found himself having no form of evil and bearing the fruit of the Spirit.
His most earnest plea was to exactly understand the wills of God recorded in the Bible. He attended as many revival meetings as he was able to learn the Word of God, but his thirst for the Spirit-anointing interpretations of the Bible was not quenched. He began struggling with God in prayer like Jacob at the Jabbok River and praying to God to give him deep interpretations of the verses hard to understand. God listened to his prayer and called him to become a servant of God. During his ministry as a pastor who shepherds the flock, he provided his flock with the Spirit-filled messages and offered fasting prayers and nightly prayers for the kingdom of God and the salvation of souls.
Stage 3: Powerful Church Ministry through Life-filled Messages and Miracles
The Holiness Gospel Preached by the Holy Spirit's Inspiration!
?Glorification to God through Church Revival, Broadcasting and Publication
In the July of 1982, Pastor Jaerock Lee founded Manmin Church in Seoul, Korea. He delivered the life-filled messages and manifested miraculous signs and wonders in the name of Jesus Christ, and by those works of the Holy Spirit, his church members improved their faith and experienced miraculous healing and spiritual change. Various kinds of diseases were healed, the dead were brought back to life, the mute came to speak, the deaf began to hear, and many other kinds of biblical miracles happened. The church has been known as a church that is filled with the Spirit, accomplishing sanctification through the Word and prayers, and accompanied with signs and wonders.
In the May of 1986, he was inaugurated at the pastor ordination and in the August of 1987, his dramatically renewed testimony was introduced at the CBS program 'Renew Us'. In 1990, his sermon began to be broadcast on FEBC (Far East Broadcasting Company) and Asia Broadcast Station, and in 1991 registered church members passed a ten thousand. In recognition for his church's revival, in the February of 1993, his church was selected as one of the World's Top 50 Churches by the magazine 'Christian World'.
The Bible testifies that heaven and hell really exist and many people give their testimonies to spiritual encounters in hell and heaven. Rev. Dr. Jaerock Lee received many deep accounts of hell and heaven in fervent prayers, and his testimonies were compiled into Hell and two-part series Heaven I & II. The holiness gospel delivered through his books including these two works caused a magnitude of pastors and revivalists to express their admiration of the fivefold gospel of holiness because the gospel of holiness has the power to purify ourselves not only from the sins we commit in action but also from the sins hidden deep within our hearts by the grace and strength of God and the help of the Holy Spirit that come upon us.

Dr. Jaerock Lee's powerful overseas ministries began in 2000 and whenever he conducted a crusade in dozens countries, God's amazing miracles were performed through him. His powerful healing ministry attracted the attention of many world-renowned broadcasters and journalists and Uganda Holy Gospel Crusade 2000 he conducted in the Kampala Park was featured on CNN. His level of divine healing power has since increased.
His 4-day India Crusade 'Miracle Healing Prayer Festival 2002' brought more than 3 million people and was filled with conversions and healing miracles by the name of Jesus Christ. His Russian Crusade was appointed as one of the official events celebrating the 300th anniversary of the City of St. Petersburg, and '2006 New York Crusade' he conducted in Madison Square Garden, the most world-famous arena was broadcast live to 176 nations. In 2009, he conducted Israel United Crusade titled with "God Is Great" in ICC (International Convention Center) in Jerusalem and proclaimed Jesus Christ is the only Savior and the Messiah.
A magnitude of pastors and revivalists expressed their admiration of the fivefold gospel of holiness because the gospel of holiness that is characterized by Regeneration, Sanctification, Divine Healing, Resurrection and Second Advent has the power to change and renew the spirit, soul and body of a man.
Rev. Dr. Lee has been teaching the believers in the Lord Jesus can purify themselves not only from the sins committed in action but also from the sins hidden deep within the hearts by God's grace and strength and the Holy Spirit's help.

The ultimate goal of our believing life is to gain salvation and enter Heaven. Men's sins are categorized into two groups; original sin one is born with and willful sins one commits in their lives. Anyone whose sin is not solved must be thrown into hell and tortured therein forever. The Bible testifies that heaven and hell really exist and many people give their testimonies to spiritual encounters in hell and heaven. Dr. Jaerock Lee received many deep accounts of hell and heaven in fervent prayers, and his testimonies were compiled into Hell and two-part series Heaven I & II.
God gave His power to Dr. Jaerock Lee because he had only obeyed His Word and borne the fruits of the Spirit. God even performed extraordinary miracles through him just as recorded in Acts 19:11-12 that when people put on the sick the handkerchiefs and aprons that were carried from the body of the apostle Paul illnesses departed from them and evils spirits were driven away. In the same way, when assistant pastors prayed for the sick with the handkerchiefs Dr. Jaerock Lee had prayed on, many people were released from the bondage of evil spirits and the sufferings of diseases.
His powerful overseas ministries were strongly known to the world and he was listed as one of the 'Most Influential Christian Leaders of the Year' in 2009 and 2010 by the biggest Russian-speaking portal site www.invictory.org and by the English website www.christiantelegraph.com. The news agencies named him as the 'Missionary of the Year' in 2010 and 'TV Evangelist of the Year' in 2009.
Just as Jesus performed many signs and wonders confirming His Word to help people believe, Dr. Jaerock Lee's ministry is mainly characterized by manifestations of healing miracles, signs and wonders to confirm the existence of God and the authenticity of the Bible. He always confesses power belongs only to God and the source of his powerful healing ministry is the presence of God with him, and everything he has done was made possible only by the name of Jesus Christ.
